Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage reception area of building lobby at Town Health Technology Centre in Shatin
- Greet visitors/guest, notify hosts of their arrival and process guest badges
- Answer all incoming calls and take messages in a professional manner
- Organize and distribute incoming correspondence and documents for couriers
- Perform daily clerical duties including data input, filing and report preparation
- Support ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year experience in front desk management in a corporate environment, preferably with sizable companies
- Good telephone manners and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, mature and pleasant with superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
