Data collected in connection with your undergraduate or/and postgraduate studies at CUHK will be held/transferred to relevant departments/administrative units within the University as management information to facilitate verification, communication, operations and planning. Upon graduation, students’ personal data will be converted to alumni data for further communication and other purposes, where applicable.
CUHK, Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) and other departments/administrative units within the University will occasionally send information including news of the University, alumni activities, publications, benefits and services, promotion of courses and programmes, etc. to you mainly through email or/and direct mailings as to facilitate you to stay connected with the University. You may change your subscription options at any time by logging in alumni portal MyCUHK. List of subscription options under the MyCUHK Portal includes:

Whenever you want to further change any of your subscription options, you can simply go to MyCUHK Portal again to update your preferences.
