職責
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Order management and shipping operations
o Manage shipping schedule
o To drive the operational efficiency and shorten the delivery lead time through optimization and synchronization of different forms of logistics support and capacity utilization
o To liaise and leverage the shipment requirements between shippers, warehouse and internal parties on day-to-day goods and parts arrangement
· Logistics performance analysis and improvement and cost efficiency
o To manage the performance of freight forwarders, carriers, truckers and distributors etc. through regular follow ups and tracking in areas of delivery, cost saving, safety and 3PL service for meeting the Company’s standards and satisfactory levels
o To minimize the logistics cost by performing both regular review, analysis and comparison on service providers and negotiate the best terms and conditions for the Company
o To produce and consolidate regular progress and costing reports to management
· SOP for logistics/Account Management/Inspection
o Setup SOP for logistics/account management/inspection
o Drive continuous improvement and efficiency
· Logistics documentation and sample follow up
o To ensure Export administration and document flow fulfill customer compliance and customs compliance and maintain regular update
o Sample delivery coordination

REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Transportation, Logistics or equivalent
o At least 6 years' relevant experience
o Experience in a trading sector in handling the freight forwarders, shipment carriers and knowledge of logistics operation of major logistics companies in the market
o China export experience with understanding of China customs rules and regulations
o Good command of spoken & written English / Cantonese / Putonghua
o Knowledge of SAP
o 20%-30% travelling to China is required
o Experience in production quality inspection
o Previous experience in supervising of a team
o Export experience in other Asia countries
