【Issue124】Czarina Leung

The office of Czarina Leung (06/UC/MBChB) is filled with greenery, a living reminder to colleagues and parents to adopt a “gardener’s mindset” — to see each child as a unique seed, to be nurtured daily with appreciation and care. She founded the charity Be Priceless with the vision of cultivating a “diverse forest” where children from all backgrounds can thrive. “If a child is a radish, there’s no need to compare them to a flower. Everyone grows at their own pace and in their own way. We need to appreciate that it.”

“You don’t need to wait until everything to be perfect before you start. Small steps, taken consistently, can lead to transformative change.” Czarina believes that transformation begins with modest actions, and she calls on fellow alumni to walk alongside those in need.
