職責

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (based in Hong Kong)

Sales and Marketing Duties:

·         To achieve business targets through strategic management of Food Service accounts (Restaurants, Catering Companies, Private Clubs, Hospitals, Coffee Shops, etc.) in Hong Kong and Macau. Taking care of the current customer base and creating a new customer portfolio

·         To build strong relations with current and potential key accounts by sales visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities

·         To prepare promotional leaflet and newsletter

·         To organize event and create brochure

·         To support on the creation of sales plans and  budgeting

·         To guarantee effective sales follow up considering as well forecast, new orders placements and inventory

·         To create pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand for new products

·         To collect market intelligence information of consumer trends and behavior, as well as monitor competitors’ activities to improve marketability and profitability.

·         Plan trade activities within the given budget and resources to maintain business exposure.

Requirements:

·           1-3 years solid sales experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry (fresh graduate are also welcome).

·           Track record of experience in selling food/wine & spirits, particularly to hotels, clubs and western restaurant chains are preferred;

·           Well organized, self-motivated, positive, service-oriented, customer-focused and multitask

·           Dynamic, able to work under pressure

·           Excellent influencing, good team player with strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation and communication skills

·           Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese (French is a plus)

·           Well versed in World, Excel and PowerPoint

·           Excellent customer-service attitude

·           Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision

·           Global mindset; thinking and acting both local and global needs - familiar with western lifestyle is an advantage

·           Degree holder, or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Retail Management or related disciplines
