The Alumni Affairs Office is pleased to add a pleasant joy as well as a sweet memory to our alumni on their birthdays. From October 2024 till September 2025, alumni can enjoy the following offers at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin exclusively in their birthday month by simply presenting the birthday greeting email sent by the Alumni Affairs Office and relevant identity proof:

Buffet Discount and Complimentary Wine and Cake at Café

• A 30% discount on weekday lunch and dinner buffet (4-12 paying guests per patronage) AND
• complimentary bottle of selected sparkling wine and 1 lb fresh fruit cream cake (a group of 12 paying guests per patronage; deposit for reservation is required. Birthday cake has to be pre-ordered)

Terms and Conditions

Buffet Discount and Complimentary Wine and Cake

1. A 30% discount applicable to lunch and dinner buffets from Monday to Friday (Applicable to 4 to 12 persons per patronage).
2. A group of 12 paying guests (including birthday star) per patronage could get a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and 1 lb of birthday cake (Deposit for reservation is required. Birthday cake has to be pre-ordered).
3. Please book in advance, quote the Ref No. as printed on the birthday greeting email and show the relevant identity proof (CUHK Alumni Credit Card / CUHK Alumni Library Card / Hong Kong Identity Card / Passport) upon arrival.
4. The offers could be redeemed once.
5. The offers are not applicable on public holidays and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional or special offers.
6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin shall be final and conclusive.
