Application procedure for @Link Alumni Email and OneDrive Cloud Storage Services

If you have forgotten your Alumni ID or MyCUHK password, please click here for the steps to retrieve Alumni ID or reset Onepass password.


  1. Log in MyCUHK (https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk/)

  2. Select "MyPage"

  3. Click "Opt-in for @Link Alumni Email & Cloud Storage Services"

  4. Read the terms and conditions for the use of @Link email and OneDrive cloud storage and press "Next".

  5. Enter alias for the email and MyCUHK password.

  6. Application done. Alumni may log in the email and use the cloud storage service 1 working day after successful application at https://www.cuhk.edu.hk/o365.
