Application for @Link email services is now open for all alumni.

Alumni can apply for the services through MyCUHK. For the application procedure, please click here.

Alumni can enjoy the Alumni @Link Email Account 1 working day upon successful application through MyCUHK, by logging in to the account at https://www.cuhk.edu.hk/o365.

Alumni can log in at https://www.cuhk.edu.hk/o365.Login ID: “Alumni ID”@link.cuhk.edu.hk (e.g. 1012345678@link.cuhk.edu.hk)Password: MyCUHK Password (OnePass Password)

Alumni can choose a permanent email alias during application, which cannot be changed after the account is set up.

According to the Information Technology Services Centre’s policy, the default “Sender Name” of the @Link email account is the user’s full English name registered with the University, which cannot be…

Alumni may go to the Helpdesk by clicking the “?” at the top-right corner of the account landing page for assistance.

The login password of the Alumni @Link Email Account is synchronized with the MyCUHK account. Please reset your password at https://www.alumni.cuhk.edu.hk/MyCUHK/RetrieveAlumniID_ResetPassword.html if forgotten.
