Job Description

Responsibilities

§  Assist in drafting various fund sales and marketing materials, such as pitch books, fact sheets, newsletters, and client presentation slide decks.

§  Analyze and interpret fund performance, risk, and attribution data using a combination of external and in-house tools and systems.

§  Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, reporting bodies, and service providers.

§  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends to enhance our business development efforts.

§  Participate in various projects and initiatives to improve the firm's operational efficiency and to enhance the quality of our deliverables.

Requirements

§  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

§  One (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry at minimum.

§  Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

§  Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

§  Has a genuine passion for designing, formatting, and building presentation slide decks.

§  Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms: Excel VBA, Bloomberg, FactSet (Python/SQL knowledge would be a plus).

§  Good work ethic, reliable, organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.

§  Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese.

§  Native or close-to-native English proficiency is a must.

§  Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a team setting
