Spring is a time for rebirth and rejuvenation. What’s better than a walk at the Peak? And a walk for Chung Chi’s campus development!

An annual large-scale “Walk for Excellence: Project E Walkathon” of Chung Chi College is scheduled for Saturday, 18 May at the Peak. Funds raised through the Walkathon will be designated for “Project E”. All Chung Chi-ers and the public are welcome to be sponsors and/or join us at the walk.

To promote Chung Chi College’s long-term development and education mission, “Project E” is a redevelopment of the staff quarters Block E into a twin-block building that houses a student hostel, staff quarters, an alumni activity centre, and a Digital Culture and Art Creativity Centre, making an important platform for students, academic staff, and alumni to gather and exchange, stimulating creativity and encouraging innovation. The fundraising goal of Project E is HK$180 million.

This year marks the 2nd run of the “Walk for Excellence” walkathon, which will raise funds for Project E. The fundraising target of this Walkathon is HK$1 million.
